Creole Studios partnered with Digihappy to develop a simple and reliable digital communication platform for seniors. We implemented a WebRTC-based LiveKit video calling system for seamless real-time communication with features like auto-answer for easier use. The backend was developed using NodeJS and Socket technology, ensuring scalable performance and smooth messaging and video interactions.
To make the platform accessible across devices, we built cross-platform mobile and tablet applications using Flutter, compatible with both iOS and Android. The app also included multilingual support in English, Swedish, and Finnish and a senior-friendly interface with large buttons, clear visuals, and simple navigation for ease of use.
We implemented a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch. Continuous updates were managed through AppCircle CI/CD, while Scalefusion MDM enabled remote tablet management. Our dedicated Agile team worked closely with Digihappy to ensure continuous improvements and reliable performance.
